Keeping it Real

A blog focused on real health for real people. I'm Emily, a recent college graduate with a degree in dietetics trying to break into a competitive field and become an RD. Join me as I examine health trends, eat delicious (healthy) food, and enjoy my life in sunny, hot Arizona.

About Emily

Emily
I am a dietetics/exercise and wellness student who absolutely loves to cook (and, ironically, bake). I'm just trying to share my passions and give people a little encouragement and help in life :) Outside of school, I love to swim (like, swimming laps), trail run, hike, and play my guitar and violin/viola. I'm super into local shops, restaurants, and festivals, and I'll probably do some writing about my adventures too.
